‘CROPVERT’• WALKERS
We implemented Walker’s latest ‘Cropvert’ campaign, which was launched to celebrate the sustainably grown, 100% British potatoes used to make Britain’s most loved crisps.
For this, Walkers potato farmer, Tim Rodwell, with the help of other potato growers, carefully created the world’s biggest billboard in one of its British potato fields. The 73,532 square foot artwork, which can even be seen from space, reads ‘Great Taste Starts Here’ alongside the outline of a packet of Walkers crisps.
The ‘Cropvert’ was created by hand and took over a week to produce and no potatoes were harmed in its creation. The client was delighted that the activity secured blanket national press coverage, with 110 pieces of coverage overall with a OTS of 270M!
