Calling all fruit and veg lovers, foodies and eating-out connoisseurs, this one’s for you. We revealed that Oddbox has partnered with The Spread Eagle pub in Hackney on its first ever limited time, food waste fighting restaurant menu; Odd Five Ways.

The vegan menu uses wonky and surplus fruit and veg from Oddbox to create a five-course experience, showcasing a versatile and resourceful approach to eating.

Masterminded by Masterchef Professionals 2021 contestant and The Spread Eagle’s Executive Chef, Gina Hopkins, it sees the humble carrot become the star of the show appearing as a key ingredient across all five elements.

Getting the news of the menu out seamlessly across PR and social, we’ve generated coverage in Foodepedia and Campaign, and racked up over 23,000 views on the Oddbox Instagram announcement post - and 100% of coverage had a positive sentiment!
